Our Story

The Beginning of Our Transformation Journey
Our journey began with a deep quest for meaning and purpose, led by Raja Atmamayan, Ascent’s Chief Transformation Enabler, and his wife, Srividhya, the current CEO of Ascent. Their path took a transformative turn when they met His Holiness Gurumahan, the founder of the Universal Peace Foundation, whose wisdom illuminated a deeper sense of purpose in their lives. It was here, in the presence of this spiritual guide, that they discovered a profound truth—true fulfillment comes not from personal success, but from helping others unlock their higher purpose.
This realization sparked a mission that started humbly, in the rural areas of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, where they began delivering motivational talks to children, igniting in them the drive to seek and achieve their own greater purpose. What started as a small initiative in rural schools soon evolved into a wider movement, extending to colleges and universities, where Raja and Srividhya inspired thousand of young minds to chase meaningful goals.

As their mission expanded, they drew inspiration from mentors like Dr. Pradeep B. Deshpande, CEO of Six Sigma and Advanced Controls Inc. in the USA, and Mr. Navilu M. Subramanian.
